Buy, sell and trade collectible cards and get a voucher on the spot. Margin VAT is worked out in the background and your stock follows along. Standbook is for people who buy and sell second-hand collectible cards from a stand or at card fairs in Denmark. Every deal becomes a voucher at once, so you do not have to work out margin VAT or keep track of voucher numbers afterwards. Buy: When you buy a card from a private seller, you fill in a purchase voucher (afregningsbilag) on the phone. The seller signs with a finger and the card lands in your stock. ID is recorded as document type and the last four characters. Standbook does not ask for a CPR number. Sell: Pick the card from stock and Standbook writes a sales voucher and works out the margin VAT (Danish brugtmoms, VAT Act sections 69 to 71) in the background. The VAT amount does not appear on the customer's voucher. Trade: A trade with another stand produces both vouchers in one go. Stock: Every card with cost, list price and margin, split by One Piece, Pokémon, Lorcana and Riftbound. CSV import and export. Scan: Type the card's code on the keypad, or read the card's code with the camera, and find the card in a catalogue of more than 26,000 cards. The lookup runs on the phone and works offline once the index has been fetched. Prices: When you pick a card from the catalogue, Standbook suggests a buying price from the Cardmarket 30-day average, converted to kroner at a dated ECB rate and multiplied by your own percentage. You can always change the figure. Fair mode: Start the day with a float, watch sales, purchases and expected cash grow, and close with a till count. If the connection drops, vouchers wait in a queue and are sent when it is back. Voucher numbers are issued by the server, so they never skip or repeat. QR shop: Customers at the table scan your QR sign, see your cards on their own phone and reserve without signing up. Vouchers: Every purchase and sales voucher in one place, with export to Dinero, Billy and e-conomic and a zip for the accountant. Standbook requires a Standbook account. Your account can be deleted under Konto in the app. Subscriptions: Standbook can be used for free. Hobby, Hobby + QR shop, Business and Butik are auto-renewable subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, and Event-pas is a one-time 96-hour purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
