- Uses pedagogical feature such as illustration, diagrams, clinical photographs, radiographs and videos to ensure the same high quality care is given all the time by ED health worker.
- Deliver the guidelines while educating ED health worker how to effectively assess and manage musculoskeletal injuries.
- Provide cloud based solution to digitalise all patient information leaflets with built in QR code generator and email option to enhance patient access to key information about their injury.
- Tailored hospital-based content on how to apply splints and casts to allow ED care provider deliver high standardised care while reducing ED waiting time.
- Tailored hospital-based splints and cast locator to minimise time wasted by ED care provider to find the right resources in the department.
- Direct two way channel feedback between primary ED care provider and admin users including ED and T&O consultants
- Push notification to keep end users always updated with the latest guidelines and departmental changes.
- Dynamic, able to deal with emerging problems/ recurrent themes identified in emergency department or fracture clinic.
- Minimise ED waiting time, ensure standardised high quality care consistently delivered, enhance patient access to key patient information leaflets and increases safe discharge rate both in ED and (virtual) fracture clinic.
