Sleep Score is now displayed in five icon-based levels. Tap each level to view detailed Evaluation and Recommendation insights designed to help you improve your sleep quality. The five-level Sleep Score is calculated through our proprietary algorithm, which analyzes factors such as sleep quality, sleep cycles, resting HRV during sleep, and total sleep duration.
