RECIPES WITH BUILT-IN TIMERS
Every recipe step that takes time has its own play button. Tap it and the timer starts, already named for that step.
• Classic French, free: béchamel, velouté, espagnole, hollandaise, sauce tomate and beurre blanc
• Classic Italian: ragù alla bolognese, pesto alla genovese, sugo al pomodoro and more
• Classic Spanish: sofrito, romesco, salsa brava, allioli, mojo rojo, pisto manchego
• Classic Mexican: salsa roja asada, salsa verde, pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa macha, salsa de guajillo
• Classic Eastern: teriyaki, dashi, Sichuan chilli oil, peanut satay, gochujang sauce and sweet and sour
