What’s New in Version 2.22.0 (Nov 27, 2025) Profile & Account • You can now upload a profile picture. It will be shown in the app and shared with connected partners when required. • Your profile now includes a dedicated email field that can be used for communication. • The profile area is now clearer: company profile and personal user profile are separated and easier to access. • Operators can now invite users by email, allowing them to enter their details themselves and create their account independently. Roles & Permissions • New role: Dispatcher. Dispatchers have operator rights by default, but can be restricted with granular permissions (e.g. view pricing, take over transfers, access user management). Reviews • Reviews are now shown directly in the menu (personal rating for users, overall rating for companies). • You can now view your own reviews in your user profile. Settings & Permissions • The Settings screen now shows your system permissions (e.g. biometrics, push notifications, location, motion, camera/photos) and lets you adjust them if needed. Support & Help • In-app support is now integrated: access help content, interact with the support bot, and create support tickets directly from the app. Pick-up Instructions & Company Data • Pick-up Instructions can now be managed directly in the app, removing the need for email coordination. • You can now edit company master data in the company profile (e.g. tax number and VAT ID, including format validation). Usability & Navigation • The menu structure has been reworked and grouped more clearly, making key areas easier to find. Stability & Fixes • Live tracking is more reliable and less likely to be affected by manual actions. • Map display has been fixed. • Improved deep linking from push notifications to bookings (including when the app was previously closed). • Offline mode is more robust and detects server outages more reliably.

Bug: • Fixed an issue where the customer’s phone number was not displayed correctly 48 hours before the transfer.

Added: • The SAP Pickup Point is now displayed in the details. • The app now supports automatic password autofill. • Driver events have been enhanced with live tracking functionality. Changed: • The passenger’s phone number is now only displayed 24 hours before and 6 hours after the transfer. • Improved detection of desktop versions. • The event interface has been redesigned, and triggering events now requires a “Slide to Confirm” button, preventing accidental activation and providing added security. Fixed: • Fixed an issue in offline mode that prevented cached bookings from being loaded. • Resolved an issue where push notifications could not be received under certain circumstances. • Pickup times could not be confirmed; this functionality is now working again.

# Added - If your drivers do not want to/are not allowed to install apps, you can now use the Share button to share your transfers with your drivers, e.g. via WhatsApp. - The transfer can only be shared with one driver at a time. - The share button appears 2 days before the pick-up time and is valid for 3 days from generation. - Driver events and no-shows can be triggered as normal. - We have noticed that we can no longer reach some of our service providers by email. If this is the case for you, a red exclamation mark will be displayed in the menu next to your profile. You will also no longer be able to accept trips in this case. Added: - When a NoShow is reported, the current location is now also sent as GPS coordinates. - It is now displayed when complaints/no-shows are pending for processing. For this purpose, a badge with the number of open complaints/no-shows is displayed in the menu item. - Complaints are automatically reloaded when the app is opened on the complaints page.

This update fixes errors when loading, opening and accepting bookings.

For this update, some work has been done under the hood, and there are also the following changes. Added: - Transfers are now displayed up to 6 hours after the transfer time. Bookings that are between 1 hour and 6 hours old are displayed collapsed at the top. This category can be expanded and collapsed as needed. Changed: - The search for transferred bookings has been improved. This makes it easier to find a specific booking.

Added: - A push message is sent to the driver when a ride is assigned to them. Changed: - Due to the confusion caused by the price change in the last update, prices will now be displayed as the payout amount including VAT. - Updated the conditions of transfer on the acceptance page. Fixed: - Under certain circumstances, push messages could not be received.

Added: - It is now displayed when the location function is disabled or the permission for the precise location is missing. Changed: - Prices are now displayed without VAT and service charge. Fixed: - The location function has been improved under the skin and now also works on mobile browsers.

Added - For tours, the button for driver events is now displayed at the tour page and not at the individual transfer page. The driver events are now sent for the entire tour. - The tour id is now displayed on the tour page. - You can now also search by a tour id. Changed - Reporting NoShows and sending driver events is only possible for a limited period of time after transfer start. Fixed - CSV export - Umlauts are now displayed correctly. - The decimal separator has been changed from dot to comma so that the prices are displayed correctly in Excel.

Fixed: - After accepting a tour, the tours were no longer displayed correctly in the booking overview. - For open bookings, "Invalid Date" was displayed in the filter for the date, if no bookings were available. - There was a problem with the login, if you logged in again immediately after logging out. Changed: - It was possible to deactivate your own user, this is no longer possible. - The tour overview has been improved for the desktop view. - A canceled booking, in a tour, is now no longer displayed. Only the current state of the tour is displayed.

Fixed: - After accepting a booking or viewing a cancelled/changed booking, the booking was incorrectly still displayed in the overview.
