　このアプリは、iPhone内のhtmlファイルをテーブル表示するアプリです。主として、法令データ提供システム(e-Gov 法令検索)で、このアプリの外からダウンロードしたhtmlファイルのテキスト部分をテーブル表示することを想定したものです。[cell 追加]ボタンを押すと法令名入力枠が表示され入力後[HTML選択]ボタンを押すとドキュメントPickerが開くのでhtmlファイルを選択してください。ユーザーが入力した法令名はｉボタンを押して編集できます（ファイル名は変更できません）。左スラッシュで行削除もできます。 　また、テキスト（法令条文）の読み上げ機能を追加しました。テーブルの任意の行タップで日本語の読上げを開始し、もう一度行タップで読上げを中止（別の行でも可）します。また、画面下部のスピードスライダーで読み上げの速度を調整できます。さらに、読み上げ中の行は自動的にスクロールしてハイライト表示します。[info]の[主要犯罪と刑罰]も読み上げできるようにしました。
