Updated the sliders to work with iOS 26.0. Now the Timer slider moves in 30 second increments and the # Cards slider moves in 10 card increments across supported iOS versions, as expected.

We set the default for subtraction to have no negative numbers. Also, we updated the app so it does not automatically exit if the user unchecks all of the Focus Numbers.
