As a result, recruiting agencies struggle to control these expenses, and the burden ultimately falls on the workers.
At SkillBridge BD, we are dedicated to solving this problem by offering a completely sub-agent and broker-free recruitment process. We believe that a fair and transparent recruitment system should not burden workers with unnecessary costs. Therefore, our entire recruitment process is conducted online, utilizing the power of social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as local newspapers and electronic media, to reach out directly to potential candidates. This approach ensures that workers can apply for jobs without the interference of intermediaries, making the process more accessible and affordable.
All candidates are required to submit their applications online, ensuring that every applicant takes responsibility for their own application process. To maintain transparency and efficiency, we do not accept any in-person applications at our office. This eliminates the possibility of any unauthorized fees or charges being levied on workers. Additionally, we provide our clients with a direct link to monitor the status of applications in real-time as they are submitted. This feature allows for instant verification and tracking, ensuring that the recruitment process remains smooth, transparent, and cost-effective.
