Final version for 2022! We are marking InCare as completed for a base InCare Companion App and declaring it fully functional with the V 1.0 title. We've made a few fixes to this version concerning the File Repo permissions that showed users more files on the Web version versus the Mobile version. We also fixed a bug in Scheduling that was caused by a noon start or end time.

Minor InCare Mobile update adding file uploads to InCare File Repo and modifying InCare Scheduling on Mobile to match Web scheduling for utilizing the quarter-hour units only.

We have added scrolling and keyboard dismissal to the login screen. This is to better support older iPhones that have smaller screen sizes. Also, the new distance checking has been added for the new EVV exception tracking.
