I use this app since 2016 my first period till right now and the app always remind me on the correct time perfectly but i loved the app before because there was free great articles but now everything with money i hope it will be some free articles like before

Hey flo i would like to take the opportunity to thank you about this amazing app that helps ne so much in my cycle. Well my problem is i was using flo with this email i think since 2020 but i forget to confirm it 😞 so since few days I changed my phone when I tried to open it I couldn’t it tell me there is something wrong please try again later so tried to open another account with this email and they accept (I deleted it now).. so it meant there is no account with this email which am sure that I opened it with this email i got this email from you in 8 mars 2020 so i want to know if i cant get my account back i lost all the data please help sorry for my bad English

I love the app specially the part where you can share it with your partner , i think you need to add a question why the period is late before considering it late for example i was so stressed last month so my period was late and the tracker now is going wrong because of it it happened before and when it comes again it was in the app early but in fact it wasn’t early at all just the previous time it didn’t come bcs it was blocked now the tracker thinks my period circle is between 28-34 but in fact it is 31-34 and only a question could fix that issue thank you ❤️
