The Nextassist Business app is a free app created specifically for Nextcare service providers related to the motor roadside assistance. It brings a whole new level of convenience when it comes to servicing a client request very quickly. It allows the service provider to reach the client in a timely manner and upload service details, voice messages and photos for saving and documenting.
Key features allow you to:
1. Receive a case request
Once you log in, you are ready to receive a case request and drive to the client. You will be able to view your route through Google Maps. You will also be able to communicate with the client and the call centre through the app. Upon arrival, you can fill out the needed details, upload photos and voice recordings and close the case. You are now ready to receive a new case.
2. View cases history
You can view your cases (since not in all cases a claim will be generated \) and filter them by date and payment status.
3. Receive push notifications
You will receive all the needed information from Nextcare in the form of push notifications.
4. Choose the language of choice
The Nextassist app is currently available in two languages: English and Arabic.
