If you are thinking of buying a car, then this app will allow you cross check the car's registration number with records held by the UK government, thus you can check if the car has been cloned, which could indicate a stolen car.
It also provides you with an indicative value, so you know if you're paying a fair price for the car. Not only that, but you can also check the MOT history of a car, to check that there is no pattern of failed tests that could indicate a serious problem.
You can either type in the number plate, or you can just take a picture of it with your camera to save time.
