Two of the 4 types of BGM are specially selected wave and campfire sounds for relaxation, and the other two are stream and cafe sounds for concentration. Binaural Beats are used with each BGM, combining Gamma waves for relaxation and Theta waves for concentration.
Binaural Beats are sounds with different frequencies heard in the left and right ears, which have the effect of adjusting the activity of neurons in the brain. Gamma waves activate neurons in the brain, enhancing concentration and memory. Theta waves relax neurons in the brain, reducing stress.
