Live Boards - Train & TFL Time

As a commuter to London,
I normally use National Rail, Victoria line and London bus.
Every time before going to London I have to do these:
1. Launch one app to check the platform live departures from National Rails. (which requires a few taps to get to)
2. Launch another app to check the Victoria line status, which will give me a list of 10+ line status and I have to spend some time to locate Victoria line.
3. Launch a third app to check the live arrivals for my bus platform
Is there a way to just open an app and display all the info I need straightaway?
What I mean is that by just launching an app, these will be displayed:
My rail platform departures;
Victoria line status;
& bus arrivals for my platform
Since I couldn't find one, I will have to build one for me, and I hope this would be useful for others.
What this app provides is a configurable live boards, where you can
* Add any live departure boards for National Rail.
* Add any live arrivals board for London transport (Tube, Bus, Tram...)
* Add any line status (for both rail and London transports)
By the way, you can also view status for all rail services and all other London transport service.
