MailTrace is a lightweight on-device photo timestamping and email record tool for keeping personal process records, field notes, screenshots, and work-related image archives.
You can take a photo, choose images from your library, or import screenshots and photos through the iOS share sheet. MailTrace adds timestamp watermarks locally on your device and prepares an email draft with a trace ID, attachment checksum information, and optional notes, making it easier to send records to your own mailbox or selected recipients for later review.

Privacy:
MailTrace does not require an account, does not include advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not upload photos. Recipient emails and watermark settings are stored only on your device. Email delivery is handled by the iOS system Mail capability and depends on the Mail app, network status, and your email provider.
