Neugetier 4+

A small app with pictures and rhymes about Sammi (das Neugetier) for our daughters Ruth & Ingrid and all the little children who like dogs.

I originally started the project because I wanted to document the life with our adorable dog Sammi ("Neugetier" is a play on words meaning something like "curious animal" in German) for our daughters. Simple everyday situation with simple rhymes to introduce them playfully to the German language. I'm not a great artist, but it comes from the heart. Everything in the app hand-painted, written and spoken by me.

I hope the app is easy for kids to use:
* With a swipe up you get to the next picture. Down to the previous
* Simply tap on the small Neugetier icon in the upper left corner and the menu will open (or close)
* There you can display the small poem to the picture. Tap it again and the text disappears
* Via the symbol below you can have the poem read to you. Tap it again and it stops
* If you want to send the picture, you can do this via the send button (if the text is displayed, then it will be sent with text, otherwise without)
* And at the bottom you can display all the pictures – just tap on the button, select it and you jump there automatically
