My name is Tobias Wissmann and i am an Men´s Physique Athlete and Online Fitness Coach with over a decade experience. With Project Shape I offer Online Fitness Coaching for everybody. I offer coaching for athletes (contest prep) and also for "normal" people who just want to get in shape or gain some muscles.
My Coaching Service includes Nutrion, Workout, Supplement and PED plans, weekly check Ins, daily support and of course adjustments on the programms/plans.
