The FitEat Pro app was developed for people following low glycemic index diets. It will be useful in the fight against obesity and in the prevention of diabetes.
Basic functions:
- Create meals based on a list of products. After creating a meal, you get information about the index and glycemic load of the meal, carbohydrate exchanger, protein-fat exchanger, information about the number of calories, the weight of the meal and the amount of values such as carbohydrates, fiber, protein, fat, sugar and cholesterol.
- Product Finder.
- We get a list of products that we can add to, modify or delete.
- The list of products displays information about the glycemic index, when you click on a product you get information about the nutritional values of the product such as vitamins, macronutrients and micronutrients.
- Sorting the list of products according to the selected ingredient.
- Keeping a weight log.
- Keeping a log of blood pressure measurements.
- Keeping a log of glucose measurements.
- List of products - purines.
