Menstruation Nation (M. Nation) is a free period tracker designed for youth. The app helps people learn more about their bodies by tracking their period cycle and symptoms, such as flow, mood, exercise, cramps, and sleep. Contrary to some other period tracking apps, M. Nation was built with privacy in mind. No one can access any information provided, and it is never shared. Users can view their cycle history and average lengths in a calendar format.
