Stride has no account, no servers, and no tracking. Your data is read from Apple Health and your iPhone's pedometer and stays entirely on your device.
Stride reads steps and walking + running distance from Apple Health and uses Motion & Fitness to count live. It never writes to Health and never sends your data anywhere.
