Illuminate TSK – is the first app for practicing the meditative exercises in the seminal book, Time, Space and Knowledge (TSK): A New Vision of Reality, by Tarthang Tulku. Discover a direct way to experience this new vision of reality by learning how to open the restrictions of human somatic embodiment in Space, developing a whole new way of being that liberates our mind from the frustration, stress and imbalance of being caught within the friction of linear time. Iluminate is not yet another ‘mindfulness meditation’ app or palliative, quick-fix remedy that merely provides a ‘mental break’. Rather, Illuminate is for anyone that is seriously willing to engage in challenging the limitations of our modern minds through a sustained, critical and experiential inquiry, that goes beyond simply stress reduction. TSK-Illuminate provides a wide array of experiential exercises for discovering our natural freedom, wholeness, and creativity. Thirty-five guided meditation exercises from the TSK book are easily accessible through Illuminate. Listen and practice each exercise over a period of time. It’s recommended to first practice all of the exercises sequentially, in a relaxed manner, without expectations. There is no
rigid rule as to how long to practice each exercise, but if one can gradually devote 30-45 minutes per day – this will yield significant benefits. This version of Illuminate is intended as a companion and convenient complement to the TSK book.
