Some additional polish, and more consistent icons

The app now gives you the ability to have an address book. This allows you to add the names of people you play with regularly to a list to make it quicker to set up new games with those friends. The app allows you to select from your friends list and then randomly select a "first player" from that group. The app allows you to keep track of games that you have played and rate them. All of the new data is stored within the app and does not leave the device. The app continues to respect your privacy.

Increased the font size to make it easier to read. Increased the hit area of the help buttons. Added the row actions back to the row numbers on the game screen, so you can more easily add and remove additional rounds to your game. Scores no longer clear when you add or remove rounds from a game.

Refining performance and app icons. Fixing data entry issues where when you add or remove players or sections during a game the app might get confused when you try to enter scores.

Bug fixes. The scores will now all show up in the correct cells on the score grid.
