New Features & Improvements
Added a new Agent Role
A dedicated role has been introduced for agents to support improved operational workflows.
Introduced New Order Statuses
Two new statuses were added specifically for the new agent role:
"Kthyer në agjensi" – Indicates that the order/item has been returned to the agency.
"In transit" – Indicates that the order/item is currently in transport between locations.
Purpose
These updates improve tracking accuracy and provide clearer visibility of order handling within agency-based processes.
