Fixed an issue that caused a group's list of contents to fill multiple times. Updated imagery for rules: Fractions to Decimals, Parallel Lines, Rationalise the Denominator, Frequency Table, Trigonometric Graphs. Changed "Formulae" to "Formulas" throughout.

Algebra is now split between 5 rules cards instead of 2. Fixed a bug that was stopping a single-sitting swipe-through of a group of rules being registered. App size is now about a third smaller. Changed the way the app works with different screens; content running past the side of the screen shouldn't be an issue any longer. Added text to each category's swiping prompt. Added a swiping prompt animation. Added custom compression to new rules. Modified rule streak streak generation method; streak tracking should now be fixed. Added limited functionality toast notification for streak attainment. Fixed some referencing issues that were causing GCSE Foundation to hang.
