ScreenPulse helps you put your phone down. Start a focus session and the apps you choose are blocked through Apple's Screen Time API until the session ends.
FOCUS SESSIONS & APP BLOCKING

SCREEN TIME, VIEW-ONLY
• See today's Screen Time for the apps you track (or all apps until you choose some) in the iOS Screen Time report. ScreenPulse displays this report but cannot read or store the numbers.
PREMIUM
ScreenPulse Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It adds:
• Strict Mode: Pause and End stay locked until the timer runs out
• App Limits: one daily time limit for a group of apps; once it's used up, they're blocked until midnight
• Create, edit and save your own focus sessions (15 minutes to 8 hours)
• Scheduled reminders: a notification at the time you set; tap it to start the session
• 30- and 90-day focus trends
• Weekly Wrapped: a slide-by-slide recap of your focus week
• A weekly focus card (9:16 image) to share or save to Photos
• Export your focus session history as a CSV file
Choose a monthly or a yearly plan. The yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.
PRIVACY
No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your data is stored on your iPhone and is never sent to us. It leaves your device only if you choose to share or export it.
