Sequence is the timer for everything you do in steps. A workout, a pomodoro, a whole dinner on the stove. Build it exactly how you want, then let it run itself.
Most timers give you one countdown. Sequence gives you stages that flow into each other, voice cues that tell you the next move, and as many timers running at once as your day needs.
BUILD ANY TIMER YOU CAN PICTURE Stages, durations, colors, repeating blocks, and spoken cues. Set a round to count itself down eight times, drop in a halfway alert, name the cue in your own words. Your routine, exact to the second.
IT JUST FLOWS HIIT, Tabata, run/walk. Every round counts itself down and rolls straight into the next. Set the intervals once and keep moving, eyes on your workout instead of your phone. Want a checkpoint? Turn on hold-to-confirm so a stage waits for you before it advances.
