SureAdhere (by Dimagi) is a comprehensive virtual care application designed to connect treatment providers with their patients via remote treatment support. Dimagi works directly with health departments and clinics to enable treatment providers with SureAdhere’s virtual care tools.
To access SureAdhere by Dimagi, you must work with your treatment provider to set up an account. Once your treatment provider has provided you with your login credentials, you may download and login to the SureAdhere by Dimagi application.
Log into SureAdhere by Dimagi to:
Submit daily treatment videos or provider questionnaires
Report treatment concerns
Review your treatment progress
Note, the features available to you within SureAdhere depend on which features your treatment provider has enabled. If you have any questions about what is available, please connect with your treatment provider.
Patients should always contact their treatment providers if they have any questions or concerns relating to their health and/or treatment.

SureAdhere has been validated through 12+ years of academic and clinical research with findings published in 29 peer-reviewed articles
SureAdhere partnered with the US CDC and Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in New York City to validate eDOT as an equivalent alternative to in-person dosing
