Credits pay for quote texts to clients and driver job reminders, with alerts before you run out. • Driver SMS reminders: your drivers get a text the day before every job. • Driver statements: Finance → Invoices now has Operators | Drivers. Pick a driver to create a statement of their completed jobs as a PDF, showing "Paid to driver" or "Awaiting payment". • Driver ABN: add each driver's ABN on the Drivers tab. It prints on their statements. • Invoice history: Settings → Invoice now has Upcoming and Completed. What's new in TrekLoad Operator • Driver Accept / Reject – see the moment your driver accepts or rejects a job. Their name turns green or red on the job card, with a matching badge on the call button. • Automatic driver reminders – your drivers now get a notification 7 days, 3 days, 24 hours and 4 hours before every job you send them. • "Already sent" ticks – swipe a job and the On the way and Arrived buttons show a tick and the time once that text has gone to your client, whether you or your driver sent it. • Booking Details SMS – send booking details to your client in one tap, with message templates you can edit. • Quote Management – send quotes by SMS and email with a pay link that goes straight to secure card checkout, and see when your quote email was delivered. • Booking emails – an automatic email sequence for every booking, with clear Inbox → Sent → Paid stages. • Bookings – select several bookings and delete them together, cleaner tabs on iPhone, a Bookings shortcut in the header, and a "Your day" summary in the quote panel. • Booking forms – a new thank-you page shows your client their reference, trip summary and every way to contact you. What's new in TrekLoad Operator 1.09: • New name, new icon – TrekLoad Driver is now TrekLoad Operator. Same app, same login, same data — the name simply makes it clear that this is the app you run your business from. The app your drivers use to cover jobs for you is now called TrekLoad Driver. • Redesigned job cards – the Home tab has been rebuilt. Every job now shows the month, date and pickup time together in one chip, the client and the operator on their own rows with their own icons, and a call button right beside the client's name. • Job time colours – the pickup countdown is colour-coded so you can see what is urgent at a glance. Choose your own time bands and colours under Settings ▸ Layout, or reset them to the defaults whenever you like. • Shorter vehicle names – long vehicle names are abbreviated on the job card so the row stays easy to read. • Clearer counts – passenger and luggage numbers now line up properly whether a card is open or closed, and jobs that are still far off are toned down so today's work stands out. • Operating Costs – a second Save button at the bottom of the page, so you no longer have to scroll back to the top after editing your recurring costs. • AI Job Creator – build a single job from several photos at once, with a clearer permission dialog the first time you use it. • Plus performance and reliability improvements throughout.
