Possibility to install community integrations directly on the remote

In this new release from the remote settings, you have access to installed integrations on the remote. The app can now notify you if there are new releases for the custom integrations and can install them directly on the remote. Please note that installing any update will erase existing integration with its devices and entities. You can also delete integrations from the list by swiping left any custom integration. Updated German translation.
