We've added warm-up guidance tailored to your maximum weight, and fixed a bug in the comparison chart so you can now clearly see your current progress versus your previous session.

This update brings powerful new features and improvements to help you get the most out of your workouts: New Progress Charts: Track your performance over time with visual graphs of your last 5, 10, 15, up to 40 workouts. Redesigned List Editing: We’ve made it even easier to add, remove, and rearrange exercises within your routines. Circuit Mode: Now you can create and manage circuit workouts — a feature that’s been very well received by our users. Custom Exercise Order: You can now manually adjust the order of exercises in each list, giving you full control over your routine flow. We’ve also made several performance improvements and bug fixes to keep everything running smoothly.

Improved time communication between your iPhone and Apple Watch: now you can modify set and workout durations directly from your phone and use them on your watch, making your training time more efficient. A new login option has been added through an external platform we’ll be launching soon – stay tuned! Exercise details have been updated: you can now add references to each exercise, like helpful links or notes on how to perform them properly. New users now start with three pre-made lists, each containing exercises with references to help them begin training from day one.
