The UBeSafe helps enquire the safety of the staff of their organization and helps staffs to respond of their where about by various channels (SMS, email, and Mobile Application based notification) in the event of a natural disaster or emergency.
1. There are various disaster feeds available from government/ public companies (google, etc.) also certain IoT devices installed in-house can tell us about the disaster. These can be captured and admin can be notified to be send to its organisation employees (the availability and feasibility of this feature needs to be explored).
2. Once the message to be send is ready, on an account of a disaster, admin can send the notification via SMS, email or App to all the staff.
3. Admin will have option while creating group to select particular employee per their organisation/office to which they belong to. This will facilitate in sending notifications for region specific disasters.
4. Notification sent by Admin to any subscriptions group will be received by all the employees registered against that subscriptions group.
5. Employees will have option to reply to the notification via app OR email OR SMS. They can reply via all channels too, individual response by individual staff through multiple channels will also be treated as one response, and the latest response received against an individual across channels SMS/App/Email will be considered (as earlier response on received on the same event will be overridden) as her/his latest response. However their message details will be saved and displayed to admin to let her/him know about employees where about.
6. Intelligent Dashboard giving one shot view to the admin and staff (restricted view) of particular event with number of responses received, not received to be shown.
