Inspector is a field-service mobile app that connects to Honeywell meters over the EnergyAxis or SynergyNet 900 MHz mesh network. The app pairs with a BeltClip radio module, using Bluetooth Low Energy for the mobile link and the 900 MHz mesh for meter communications. Inspector streamlines RF troubleshooting, meter reads, and configuration tasks such as verifying RF connectivity, locating nearby nodes, and collecting signal-strength diagnostics. With the appropriate authorization from a system administrator, field personnel can: - Sync with a Metercat Server to receive user-specific settings and meter data - Execute configured meter functions (for example, ping nodes, locate registered devices, read meters) - Securely upload field-collected readings and logs back to the Metercat Server
