The app makes it easy to see how frequently your heart beats at different rates, making use of the data gathered by your Apple Watch and stored in your Health Data. You can select the period from which the data is drawn, and, depending on the model of the Apple Watch you have, you may be able to choose to display any combination of the data that your Watch marked as corresponding to periods where you were sedentary or active.
