Users can now enter an unlimited number of characters in the description field while performing audits. The text "Task Assign Pending" under audits has been updated to "Create Action Plan." The "Edit" button has been renamed to "Create." Bi-Annual Fire Evacuation feature has been introduced, which includes a percentage count.

Tasks will be scheduled according to time slots Live, Late and upcoming counts are made available on home screen Live, Late and Upcoming tasks can be discovered by clicking on respective count from home screen Tasks can be filtered based on the shifts configured from the wizard Percentage appears based on the current time Visual indicators to identify live, upcoming and late tasks.

"Not in Service Records" name has been changed to "Not in Service Records SC2" 9. "Delivery History Records" name has been changed to "Delivery History Records SC1" 10. "Hot holding Records" name has been changed to "Hot Holding Records SC4 " 11. "Cooked Food Temperature Checks" name has been changed to "Cooked Food Temperature Checks SC3". 12. "Cooling Records" name has been changed to "Cooling Records SC3 ", 13. The "Quick Food Temperature checks" feature is now available under the "Food Temperature checks" tile.

Users can now perform multiple checks against the same food item using the QFTC feature. Temperature recorded against QFTC food items will be displayed in the reports accordingly. For example, if the temperature is recorded against a HOT food item, it will be available in the Hot Holding reports. Similarly, for Chilled and Cooked food items. The Cooked food temperature feature will accept the temperature range configured in the wizard

Ability to perform and schedule custom checklist beyond 12:00 AM. Randomizer feature in the checklist has been removed so that, checklist questions will not shuffle.

User will have the ability to create Adhoc deliveries Confirm button has been changed to Accept button User will have the option to mark "Temperature is not available" and provide the reason. Picture is not mandatory when if temperature is not available Delivery report will have the count of scheduled and Adhoc deliveries Report will be sorted by Adhoc followed by scheduled If temperature is not available, reason will be displayed in the report

Cooked food cooling recheck can be performed up to 4 times or until a good temperature is recorded within 90 minutes.

1. For CFTC, if a food item goes into cooling, the user should be able to recheck immediately instead of waiting for 75 minutes. 2. Async Reports: Reports will be sent in an email if it is grater than a month 3. The "Order a new probe" button has been changed to "Delete the probe." 4. If a probe records an out-of-range temperature by a team member, a toast message will be displayed, stating, "Please inform the manager that the probe has failed." 5. The toast message has been updated to "Please add a new probe from the wizard" if the user deletes the probe

Drilled down report (performance report) implemented on the app and wizard, Late Tasks feature implemented for Fridges, Freezers, Probes, Water Checks, Daily Fire Checks, Custom and Standard checklists When late ‘Reason' instead if ‘description’ - change in wording Custom checklist will be carried forward to the pm shift if it is not completed in the am shift ( Opening checklist doesn’t move to pm shift as of now) Maintenance task count will be available.

Creation of checklists Admin user can create and assign custom checklists to outlets from the wizard. Tasks will get scheduled based on the configuration General manager user can create and schedule custom checklist at outlet level. Logo Admin user will have ability to update logo from the wizard Fridge Image Taking the image of fridge / freezer before temp check is made optional - based on a parameter in the wizard Supervisor user Supervisor user can be created from the wizard and will have manager like permissions Service line items feature and report in the app as well as wizard Late Tasks If the probe calibration check and water check is performed after the specified time tag, task completion credit will not be granted. instead, it will be recorded as completed late.
