ويتميز التطبيق بانه يتكامل مع كافة الأنظمة وبين قاعدة البيانات الموحدة للعملاء وتتيح متابعة حالة وفاعلية قنوات الاتصال وتقديم الخدمة وفقا للمعايير المحددة وكذلك اتاحة نظام الاشعارات للتعامل مع المشكلات الفنية التي قد تواجه نقاط التحصيل للتعامل معها وتقديم الدعم الفني.
