Everything was fine and application worked until update. Now while attempting to connect to vehicle, you choose the OBD, connection starts and stops in few seconds with a message that device is disconnected. Hopefully will be solved soon.

Thanks for sharing. We had a bit of a hiccup with the release of version 1.19.0, which caused widespread connection issues, but we've hotfixed it with 1.19.1, so be sure to update to the most recent version and check again. Let us know how it goes.

When i need tonclear faults, it says bad internet connection.

Thank you for the feedback.OBDeleven requires an active and stable internet connection to authenticate the session and securely communicate with our servers. If you see a “bad internet connection” message, it may be related to weak mobile signal, VPN usage, or unstable Wi-Fi.Please try switching networks, disabling VPN (if used), and ensuring your app is updated. If the issue continues, contact support with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate further.
Cant connect to the car

2024 touareg, cant connect to the car, slider stuck ar “select model” and cant select nothing unfo. Also this car not not supported, waiting update
