I hate the feature about not being able to use your account or your familys account anywhere. The minute i’m not home and at someone elses place and want to watch netflix, it logs out and says you can’t watch it on that network. But what about the couples who live on the other side of the world and pay for netflix? They can’t watch it and its unfair. What about the families who pay for family subscriptions and their child moves out for college? They can’t watch netflix and its unfair. This is the reason why I don’t recommend Netflix, PLEASE FIX IT AND LET ME WATCH ON A DIFFERENT NETWORK!!!
Not much content, poor filtering

The app works but it is not possible to filter content by audio language and even to see the available languages in a film description. The fact that description is translated to your native language and content (audio language) is not - is even more confusing. As a customer I want to filter filmed by content language and the language of subtitles.Also, I expected to find much more films, e.g classics, on Netflix. But it is mostly new serials (many of them are wasting of time)...

I have gotten a 7 hour flight in about 30 minutes and, due to Netflix not being helpful i will have to sit down in silence for that 7 hours not doing anything because for some reason Netflix is being pissy and not letting me download my favourite shows. I visited your help guide but it did not help not even a little bit just told me things I already knew, I wrote review on that as well and I hope you can fix this very annoying problem. Thank you!
