They just sent an email that delivered couldn’t reach me, however, my phone was live all the time and there is a name on the ring bell. Support just told me that they won’t refund me because they are not willing to. My friend works in liferando (deliverer) and he told me that it’s a normal practice that if a deliverer gets the last order he doesn’t deliver it, just keep it to himself. I think its terrible that company doesn’t do anything with that and do not reply to complains. It was OK when there were other delivery services like Deliveroo in Germany, but now everyone left the market and there is only liferando left.

I ordered food in Berlin from a place called Koreyana. Order was never delivered. I waited for 2 hours and finally order automatically marked as delivered. I contacted Lieferando support and they just gave me the restaurant telephone number in the midnight and asked me to handle the matter myself with the restaurant. This service doesn't take responsibility. There are scamming shops kike "Koreyana" Please avoid this app
