Do not get this stupid app i was in store trying to pay for grocery but then somehow when i tried to use my apple id it opened the shortmax app and subscribed me to WEEKLY PASS FOR 22,99 WTFFF i cancelled it immediately but ofc it took my money, they do not answer on emails and i will not get my money back. I did not want this pass, i have not watched any episodes after that and i can not get my money back. I was reading that it takes money every month or week even if u cancel so you will habe to change your card, i hope it wont happen to me

Abnormal app, I’ve purchased the weekly subscription twice, but the app has never recognized it, even though the money has been charged. I also emailed them, but it’s already been a month and they still haven’t responded! The feedback button in the app doesn’t work either, you have to search for their contact yourself just to leave feedback. Not user-friendly at all!

i dislike this app. ive been trying to cancel my weekly subscription for 2 whole days. doesnt show up on my apple id. doesnt show up on my email. reached out to customer support to cancel. they are slow. keep sending a link for unsubscribing/refunds. when i fill the form it says "Information Matching Failed". at any cost do not subscribe to this app.
