The ePPEcentre application was developed to make managing PPE easier, save time when performing inspections, and provide useful information throughout the life cycle of your products. Available on desktop or mobile. SIMPLE. EFFICIENT. RELIABLE. • Your PPE park complies with the latest standards. • Team members have access based on their role. ADD YOUR PPE: •Scan equipment from any brand (datamatrix, QR code, NFC tags) one by one or in bulk. • Mark item destinations as backstock or in use, and utilize tags to organize inventory. INSPECT YOUR PPE: • Using the available inspection procedure and PPE tracking sheet, inspect each piece of equipment and update its status in the ePPEcentre database, either individually or in bulk. • If needed, you can add photos or documents and print your inspection reports. MANAGE YOUR PPE • Assign controlled access to the ePPEcentre database. • Quickly schedule upcoming inspections and product replacements from the dashboard. • Track the entire life of each piece of equipment, from manufacturing to retirement.

FREE VIEWERS (Professional and Enterprise plans) Add users with the "Viewer" profile at no extra cost, for example, teammates who use PPE daily. Viewers already on your account become free starting with your June invoice. PRODUCT SHEET . The weight of Petzl products is now displayed on the product sheet. It can be typed and modified in bulk for products from other brands. . For relevant Petzl products, the spare parts list is now available on the product sheet. . TRUBLUE TECHNOLOGIES (formerly Head Rush) ePPEcentre recognizes the most common TruBlue Technologies models and displays their information and official documentation. They can also be more easily imported via Excel. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (France only) To prepare for the introduction of electronic invoicing in France, SIREN number and electronic invoicing address are two new fields now available on the Account Management page. Administrators of an ePPEcentre account whose company is based in France, Guadeloupe, Martinique, or La Réunion: please remember to enter this information before the end of September 2026. Also... . Inspection: The comment from the last inspection is automatically recalled during a new inspection. . The mobile application can now read EN128 barcodes, which was already possible with a computer scanner. . Bug fixes have been implemented to improve the user experience.
