Mounjari is your companion for tracking your GLP-1 medication journey, whether you use weekly injections or daily tablets. Log doses for Wegovy®, Wegovy® Pill, Mounjaro®, Ozempic®, Foundayo®, Zepbound®, Rybelsus®, Saxenda®, Victoza®, and Trulicity® in one clear place.
Mounjari also supports active ingredients such as semaglutide, liraglutide, dulaglutide, and retatrutide, whether you are focused on weight loss, weight maintenance, or staying consistent with your medication schedule.
Dose Tracking
Quickly log weekly injections or daily tablets, and keep a clear history of doses, injection sites, pain, notes, side effects, weight, and medication changes over time. You can also track protein, and water if they are part of your routine.
Pen Click Tracking
Track pen clicks for supported medications where applicable, so you can better understand what remains in your pen and plan doses without complicated calculations.
Schedules and Reminders
Set up weekly injection schedules or daily tablet routines, and receive reminders for your dose, daily check-in, and weight logging. For tablets that require a fasting period after dosing, Mounjari includes a fasting timer that works inside the app, through notifications, and with Live Activities.
Medication Level Estimate
View a visual estimate of medication levels in your body over time, based on published pharmacokinetic data and medication leaflets. This can help you understand build-up, peak, and decline patterns.
Progress Insights
Track weight, trends, symptoms, and weekly patterns with clear interactive charts designed to make your journey easier to understand.
Apple Health
Import weight from Apple Health, with optional imports for protein, calories, and water if you choose. This data stays on your device and is used only in your local record.
Doctor Reports
Export a structured summary as PDF, CSV, or JSON, including treatment history, doses, weight, symptoms, and notes — useful for appointments or your own records.

Privacy First
Your health data stays on your device. If you enable iCloud, it syncs through your own Apple account. We do not sell your data, and we do not operate a server that can read your health history.

- Fixed: logging a past dose no longer drains your current pen's ticks. Doses dated before your pen started are saved as history, and pens affected by this are repaired automatically.
- Fixed: correcting your remaining ticks (dose history, doses taken, or exact ticks) now applies when you tap Save.
- You can now type an exact dose for Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, and other branded pens - handy if you split doses.
- Dates now always follow the app's calendar and language.
