That's the question TapToll puts in front of you. You pick the apps that eat your day and set how long you get with them, or which hours stay protected. When you reach the limit, those apps lock. To keep going, you pay a small toll. If it isn't worth a couple of dollars, it probably wasn't worth your time either. You set the rules. You can override them whenever you want, and the price is always visible, so the choice stays honest. How it works 1. Choose the apps that pull you in, and set a daily limit or protected focus hours. 2. When you hit the limit, those apps lock. 3. Pay the toll for a few more minutes, or put the phone down for now. What you can do Set daily time limits on the apps you name. Protect focus hours for deep work or sleep. Run both at once. TapToll applies the stricter rule. Buy extra minutes at a price you decide, and set a spending cap so it never gets out of hand. Open your progress to see every toll you paid and whether it felt worth it. Free and Pro The free version runs one focus rule. Pro adds more rules, bigger app groups, separate weekday and weekend schedules, and a longer history.
