I love Discord as it’s easy to chat and call with friends. I now keep experiencing a issue when my account gets disabled for “spam”, Discords bot flaggs my account for “spamming” meanwhile what i did was trying to join a server but invite failed on the first try. Shortly after i got a gmail notification that my account has been disabled for spam, I took this issue to Discord trust and safety appeals, it took 2 weeks just for a reply from Clyde the discord bot saying that I have now gotten my account back. I also opened general tickets for more information and all I get is a reply saying it’s escalated to trust and safety, this has happaned multiple times and I have gotten my account back but it’s just getting annoying, please fix the bot system. This issue mainly happens on Discord app not on the web version.Otherwise I love Discord and it’s awesome!

So long story short, i have had my account for over ten years now. Now out of nowhere Discord decides to essentially disable my account for “spam” which meant i couldn’t even send messages. After that i checked my account status and noticed that have gotten random warnings about spam earlier as well, during the time i didn’t even use the app. They gave me no reason for what actually caused the violation, all i got was an automated response from their bot saying i broke some rule for spam and that i had to verify my account that has every security feature enabled, i have already verified my phone number, email and i have set up both a security key and a authenticatior app, my account was not compromised not even in the slightest. Keep in mind that all i have done is just text with a few of my close friends and that’s it. Discord ignores support tickets or closes them prematurely because they do not care about you the customer. After waiting for the first restriction to end i ended up getting another one after sending just a couple of messages and then an hour later when checking if i could send messages again because discord gave me no countdown for the restriction i got another one for no reason, i sent 0 messages after the last restriction and had to verify my account once more, that makes it 3 times in one day which is not okay. From experience the app used to be great but has now transitioned from a customer first mindset to a profit oriented one where you can and will get ur account flagged for no reason at all. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT DISCORD IN ANY WAY OR FORM!!!

Discord is a very good app, with this app you can chat and play with people from different countries! It has pretty good voice chat system and You can stream your game to them! If you want to chat more, try finding some discord servers which you will like to talk in, perhaps there are meme channels where the most or memes located in.I love channels for memes and i collected 5000 memes last year, this app gave me a good time during quarantine 2020!
