Very good with one annoying bug.
Otherwise very nice app but this payment of cents is not working. Your own app limits me to must use “.” . But if i pay for example 8.37, the app says that “.” is not valid. And i have to copy coma from another application or type the full amount in messenger and copy/paste.
Your support once said that this is a bug of iPhone and they should fix it. But how come Swedbank has the same numpad and theirs works. Come on, shouldn’t be the hardest thing to fix.

Please make sure that Estonian keyboard is added and Estonian as a language is installed in the device settings. They don’t have to be the first choice, but still need to be available in the system.
The worst banking app I have ever used
First of all, opening a bank account was a disaster, had some infinite registration loop bug, it took 5 days to resolve it. The app itself looks very outdated, the design is horrible. Today I had to withdraw some cash, went to the city center, since there are no LHV ATMs around me. I have a new debit card so I don’t remember my PIN yet. Wanted to check it in the app, where a surprise awaited me! To see your card PIN you need to sign it with your PIN2 in Smart-ID. Obviously I don’t remember it as I hardly ever use it. Ended up losing 2 hours to get home and back to the ATM. Why on earth you have to sign it with Smart-ID when you have Face ID biometrics enabled? It doesn’t make any sense. It’s not like I want to take a 100k loan, right? Terrible experience so far.
Slick but couldn’t find the way to switch languages
Before I log in, I see the main screen available in three different languages. After I log in, everything is in Estonian by default and there isn’t an option to switch the language in the settings menu... Frustrating.
I think you should take the cue from the SEB app - it is actually available in three languages and switching between the languages is extremely easy to discover even during the first experience.
Update:
I created my account using a form in English and nowhere I saw any language preference. In the web version of LHV, I looked through all the settings (again now) and couldn’t find that preference - I can switch to English in web at the top right corner, but this is not persisted and falls back on Estonian every new login. If you could explain how I can change the preference, I will be very grateful. Such things should be more straightforward and transparent in my opinion.

Thank you for the feedback. The language used in the app is based on your language preference in LHV and is used for both the mobile bank and internet bank.
Update: Please contact our support info@lhv.ee to change the language preference to be persistent. We’ll look into making this better.
