This version is a minor fixes release which includes a number of fixes specifically around the download of section packages and related objects.

Significant new enhancements in this version include support for 1) concurrent background uploads 2) multilingual interface 3) geospatial routing 4) multiple section packages 5) user objects (Asset/Item) and 6) location systems (EAM / PID / ITEM)

This version includes an addition command to copy database via background processes to the cloud and to export pending mutations to individual json files to reduce the memory usage on low end devices when carrying out these functions.

This version includes a number of fixes including a change to the sync pagination to resolve issues where occasionally the sync would time out with some data sets as well as removed an issue related to the size of pending mutation exports.

This version includes an upgrade to the React Native platform that was affecting some users on iOS with a wait symbol that does not clear. It also includes removal of the download of JPG thumbnails in favour of embedding the images in the Asset table as Base64 strings so that the database sync also includes the download of images. It also includes the removal of the Attachments icon from the Add Photos page and relocating it on the main Asset Detail screen in place of the Defects button. Photos and Defects are now accessed from the Attachments button on the Asset Detail screen. The photo attachments page has been re-engineered to get thumbnails photos from the server if a network is accessible so the thumbnails should now always display with network access.

This release includes the ability to export pending database mutations to JSON files on the server for disaster recovery, as well as enhanced error handling to strip out errors in the database sync and prevent database mutations from becoming stuck.

This version has changed the way that files are uploaded after coming back on line, particularly in intermittent networks.

Added dynamic search field configuration support to allow more flexible searching & filtering.

Have renamed the "CREATE" command to be a more descriptive "TREE" command. Includes various fixes.
