In the beginning it’s kinda hard to navigate and get used to all the features, but when you get familiar with the functionality you need, it is very convenient and easy to work with. The app has a ton of features to explore and you’ll find the one you are interested in.UI and UX are superior. Much better than any of the local big banks’ apps.

It has become apparent that Revolut is using DriveWealth clearing, which has a lead investor of Point72, which is owned by the same Melvin, Citadel etc guys and are manipulating the market on the GME short squeeze. Revolut has been having constant crashes for days. I personally lost over 400 euros due to a trade, which i triggered on pre-market, but Revolut fulfilled it about 10 minutes after market opening when the share price was dipping. No reply from support, no compensation, nothing. Other users have reported same sort of manipulation happening on Revolut, that is going on with RobinHood. Waited 5 hours in support to cancel my limit sell order, support is not helping and support agents blocked me on Twitter - for asking help for them to manually cancel the order. Trades were not possible to be canceled during the whole day, apparently waiting for the market close and order to expire is the only way to cancel your order and free the shares. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING REVOLUT. Im closing my account here once this situation blows over and i can move my funds freely.

I joined the platform by reference of a friend. Had a card ordered for myself and found that delivery address wasn’t registered, hence asked support to fix it. They fixed it by third order and I received card quickly. I was surprised to hear that first two orders were delivered(NOT cancelled as suggested by support specialist) at registered address of mine(NOT delivery address). So I guess that was okay. Next problem was with reference campaign that where me and my friend were eligble to receive reference bonus, which we never received. I guess that’s okay too, but why advertise as so if you can’t deliver. It’s not a loss for me, but a promise is a promise. So after a week of discussions with several support specialists, they finally admitted to technical issue that they were having with “rewards issuing system”, after initially putting the responsibility of their mess on me saying as if I was doing something wrong with registering at their service with wrong link or smth. Ultimately, the reward will be credited to me and my friend “automatically”. So here we are nearly 3 months passed with no delivery on any of the promises. I wouldn’t be writing this here, but after they sent me email on “Why haven’t you used your card in a while?” and giving the same insight that I’m doing right now on their “feedback page” that didn’t work, because(you guessed it) another technical issue. Waste of time.

The app froze during the account creation process. After setting a password, a pop-up appears suggesting to enable notifications. When tapping “Enable notifications,” it redirects to the settings to turn them on. After returning, it shows an error message and doesn’t allow proceeding further. If I choose “Not now” instead, it also throws an error and blocks any further progress. Earlier, a similar error occurred right after creating the password - the app just displayed an error and didn’t let me continue.Edit: after half a day the error disappeared and all that's left is to go further and check the observation.
