Safe Hub application for iPhone works in conjunction with the UK BS8484 certified Lone Worker Manager platform and requires a valid login to the platform (see www.loneworkersolutions.com for further details).
The application provides the Lone Worker with the following safety modules:-
- Alert Call Amber/Yellow and Red alert emergency calling;
- SafeCheck , a module to regularly check the well being of a lone worker;
- Worker Down Module, a proactive non movement / orientation detecting safety module.
- Group Alert module - a secure emergency and notification broadcast message feature
Disclaimer: This application uses GPS location services to allow the application to work successfully sending your location to an emergency response centre in the case of an emergency. Continued use of applications using GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. It is therefore recommended that the application is operated per your companies lone worker safety policy.
