Schulstart ist eine App des Sozialministeriums für Familien mit Schulkindern, die Mindest-Sicherung oder Sozial-Hilfe bekommen. Mit dieser App können die Gutscheine für die Aktion Schulstartplus! und ESF+ Schulstartklar! heruntergeladen werden. Du bekommst den Gutschein nur, wenn du einen Brief vom Sozial-Ministerium und von deinem Bundesland bekommen hast. Mit diesem Brief kannst du deinen Gutschein auf deinem Handy freischalten. Damit kannst du ganz einfach im Geschäft bezahlen. Die Schulstartplus-Gutscheine gelten in allen Geschäften in Österreich für Schulartikel, Essen, Kleidung und Hygieneartikel. Mit dem Schulstartklar- Gutschein kannst du im Libro oder Pagro Schulartikel einkaufen
