Private customers can: • quickly check account balance(s) • see the list of latest transactions • log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication • transfer up to EUR 30 without any additional passwords • transfer money between accounts or to people on his telephone’s contact list • request other app users to make a payment • find your templates or use autosuggest function (based on your previous transaction history) Business customers can: • quickly check account balance(s) • see the list of latest transactions • confirm payments • log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication • transfer money between accounts The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added. PRIVACY AND SECURITY When user registers into the app, he agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. Only such users of the app, who have saved your phone number in their contact list, may see that you are a user of the SEB mobile application.

App crashes on launch buying after new phone

Also had the same problem as one previous review. Bought new phone (iPhone 12->iPhone 14 Pro Max) and the app crashed on launch. Deleting and reinstalling helped. At first I thought it was too new phone for the current version but after 4 months I figured out that that should be the issue but luckily the previous review helped me.

It’s just bad

The app was one of the sole reasons I decided to switch to a different bank. I did that 2 years ago and as I returned to the application all this time later nothing really has changed.Still randomly crashes and stops launching which requires a reinstall of the app to fix, outdated UI compared to LHV and Revolut, random logouts that result in going through the lenghty PIN creating process again and again. I mean how is it that hard to make a reliable, aesthetic app. Basically all Estonian banks have managed to achieve that. The app should be life and blood for a bank to acquire young customers and SEB has failed in this goal.

Update: re-downloading the app helped. Bug should still be looked at. Not critical.Bug on Iphone 13 pro max (256gb). App crashes at launch. Not sure if connected to last app update or smth else. I bought a new phone, transfered everything from iphone xs max -> iphone 13 pro max and the app doesn’t open on the new phone. Restarting the phone didn’t help also. I

Good app with basic functions

In my opinion, the app deserves 4+. It does not have large variety of functions comparing to WEB page, but all what the app got works good.One thing what I have found so far, that if you have no cards, the app still have the “cards” button enabled. Pressing on the button throws the H1: system error, but the app do not crash and continue to work as normal.
