Squad Watch 3

All In The Wrist

Free

** SquadWatch3 for Apple Watch with paired iPhone, works with both the SquadHR3 and TeamHR apps on iPhone or iPad. SquadWatch3 lets you transmit heart rate data from your Apple Watch, replacing the need for a Bluetooth heart rate sensor. It sends your heart data to the SquadHR or TeamHR app on an iPhone or iPad, allowing it to be displayed on a large TV. Now, you can easily share your heart rate in group fitness classes or team practice sessions—using just your Apple Watch! You can download SquadHR for iPhone on the App Store here: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6468002688 You can download TeamHR for iPhone on the App Store here: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6739381886 FEATURES - Works just like a Bluetooth heart rate sensor with SquadHR and TeamHR apps - Provides stable Bluetooth connection from your paired iPhone to SquadHR or TeamHR app - Sends heart data from Apple Watch to SquadHR running on your trainer's iPhone, or to TeamHR app on your coach's iPhone - Displays real-time heart rate (BPM), heart rate zone (color-coded), training load (% max HR), active energy (Cals), training score (TRIMP), time in zone, and session duration - Provides recovery and maximum heart rate zone transition alerts - Saves workouts >5mins in the Apple Health app SETUP 1. Create your profile on the SquadHR device, then select Add Sensor. 2. Launch SquadWatch3 on your iPhone, then hold it near the SquadHR device until pairing is confirmed. 3. Launch SquadWatch3 on your Apple Watch, then tap the Start button. 4. After a session starts on the SquadHR device, SquadWatch3 will connect to it, and your heart rate will appear on the scoreboard. 5. Keep this screen on during time-shared sessions (i.e., more than 14 people on an iPhone) so SquadHR can stop and then restart the Bluetooth connection. 6. Tap the left progress button on your Apple Watch to view your training load, active energy, or training score. 7. Tap the right timers button on your Apple Watch to view your session duration or time in zone. 8. To stop sending heart rate data to SquadHR, tap the Stop button on your Apple Watch and close the app. 9. If you’re experiencing connection issues, try restarting the session on the SquadHR device. You can also clear the Bluetooth cache on your SquadWatch3 iPhone by turning Bluetooth off and then back on in Settings > Bluetooth.
